The benefits of B12 are: preventing anaemia, improving eyesight, boost in energy, improved brain function, prevents major birth defects, boosts mood, supports healthy skin, hair and nails.

Magnesium is an essential nutrient which is heavily involved with our nervous system (directly connected to our muscles).  It is an essential mineral for our body and works alongside sodium and potassium in regulating our bodies.  It can help relax our nervous system resulting in lowering muscle tension, vasodilating blood vessels (widening blood vessels and improving blood flow) and also acting as a natural laxative.  By boosting your magnesium levels you can support vital functions, such as muscle control, energy production, electrical impulses, and regulation of calcium and vitamin D levels in the body.  Whilst magnesium is usually found in leafy vegetables, fish, pulses and grains, magnesium booster shots are the easiest way to increase levels in the body.

Signs of deficiency: muscle cramping, high blood pressure, increased anxiety, tremors, higher blood sugar, trouble sleeping, migraines and headaches.

Magnesium benefits: reduced muscle soreness, reduced fatigue and improved mental clarity, healthy nervous system, reduced tremor and muscle spasm, improves digestion and with constipation, helps with migraine and headaches, improves sleep.

Course: One injection per week for three weeks, followed by once monthly.
